True to the spirit of RUIN, this discovery is a cut off from a larger discovery. I saw it reaching out to me from the refuse pile of wood. A last dinosaur, stretching a limb up in a last effort to survive extinction, annihilation.
Inspiration & Notes
A baby dinosaur in desperation, Littlefoot from the animated movie The Land Before Time (1988) comes to mind. It's asking to be lifted, to be saved.
