"notesInspiration": "There is something deliberately unresolved about Moloch. It can be read as an idol, a burnt relic, a figure in torment, or simply an accident of timber upon which the human mind has imposed a face. Whatever it is, it does not appear at peace.\n\nMoloch is an ancient name associated with a disturbing form of sacrifice in the Hebrew Bible, particularly the sacrifice of children by fire."
